Uh?
Lesbian Nation has provided us with a Top 10 Women in Sci Fi.
I agree with the inclusion of about 4 of the women and I might do my own later on.
Plus the list is a blinding sea of whiteness!
Are there no women of colour in sci fi who lesbians might like to see in the list?
Well, Jessica Alba is of Mexican descent, on her father's side, so I guess that "counts." But dude, that list is so lame. That's not "Top 10 Women", that's "Top 10 Women We Think Are Cute" (which, frankly I also disagree with. Jessica Alba doesn't do it for me). I mean, seriously, the Star Wars prequels? The Fantastic Four? Couldn't they get some decent sci-fi? Where's Starbuck (or Sharon, for that matter)?? Ripley from Aliens? You so need to do your own list.

I'm horrified not to see Gina Torres on there anyway.
And no Alyson Hannigan! What kind of lesbians are they?!

Since when has Jessica Alba been a lesbian icon? I must have missed that memo.

I totally agree - this list is seriously lacking. Where is my beloved Gina Torres?? And Grace Park and Kandyse McClure from BSG were the other two I thought of right away. Grrr.
